This is the Vegan version of our THAI & TRUE Pad Thai Sauce, made without the fish sauce, it's sure to please.
Direction: Soak dry rice noodles in hot tap water for 40 minutes, then drain. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok. Saute vegetables of choice with tofu, tempeh, or soy curls over medium heat. Add one handful of noodles and 2 oz of THAI & TRUE Pad Thai Tamari Sauce. Continue to stir-fry with bean sprouts and green onions. Serve with ground peanuts or cashews and lime wedge.
Ingredients: organic cane sugar, tamari organic less sodium wheat-free soy sauce (water, organic whole soybeans, salt, organic vinegar), distilled white vinegar, tamarind, paprika.
Shake well before using and refrigerate after opening.
