Mushroom and Veggies Satay with Peanut Sauce (V)
- 1 Zucchini (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 2 Carrot (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes
- 15 Fresh Shitake Mushroom
- 10 Trumpet Mushroom (cut in half)
- 1 block Extra Firm Tofu (cut into cube or your preferable shape)
- Thai & True Peanut Sauce (as your desired)
- Thread the vegetable onto skewers and heat oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
- Grill, turning the skewers over until browned on each side and put on the plate. Then grill tofu and mushroom until browned on each side.
- Garnish with finely chopped parsley and serve with Peanut Sauce.
