Mango Salad with Sweet Chili Vinaigrette (V)
- 1 Medium Mango (cubed)
- ½ Small Red Onion (diced)
- 4 Cherry Tomato (cut in half)
- 8 Mint leaf
- 2 Thai Chili (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Thai & True Sweet Hot Chili Sauce
- ½ tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 pinch Sea Salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil (optional)
- Whisk Sweet Hot Chilli Sauce, Lemon juice, Rice vinegar, Sea salt, Sesame oil together until sugar dissolved.
- Pour the dressing over Mango, Red onion, and Cherry Tomato and tossing to combine. Top with Mint leaf and Thai Chili.
