Mushroom and Veggies Satay with Peanut Sauce (V)

  • 1 Zucchini (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 2 Carrot (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 15 Fresh Shitake Mushroom 
  • 10 Trumpet Mushroom (cut in half)
  • 1 block Extra Firm Tofu (cut into cube or your preferable shape)
  • Thai & True Peanut Sauce (as your desired)
  1. Thread the vegetable onto skewers and heat oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
  2. Grill, turning the skewers over until browned on each side and put on the plate. Then grill tofu and mushroom until browned on each side.
  3. Garnish with finely chopped parsley and serve with Peanut Sauce.
