Spicy Peanut Chili Crunch
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 6-ounce jar of Thai & True Hot Chili Oil
- ¼ cup neutral oil
- 7 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 small shallot, thinly sliced
- 3 scallions, white part only, thinly sliced

- Allow the spicy peanut chili crunch to cool to room temperature before storing in an air-tight container in the fridge.
