Spicy Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and small diced 1⁄2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1⁄4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1⁄4 cup cilantro, finely chopped 
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1⁄4 to 1⁄2 teaspoon Thai & True Sarachee Hot Sauce 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt 

Instructions

  1. Combine the mango, red bell pepper, red onion and cilantro in a large mixing bowl.

  2. In a smaller bowl, combine the lime juice, Thai & True Sarachee Hot Sauce and sea salt.

  3. Pour the lime juice mixture over the mango salsa and toss to combine. Add more lime juice for extra brightness, more hot sauce for spicier flavor and more sea salt to enhance the overall flavor. 

  4. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or over grilled chicken or fish. This mango salsa will keep for 3 to 4 days in a covered container in the refrigerator.
