Sweet & Spicy Asparagus (V)
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch Asparagus (clean and trimmed, then grilled, boiled, roasted or seared until cooked and set aside while making sauce)
- 1/3 cup Thai & True Sweet Hot Chili Sauce
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic (chopped finely)
- Fried onion (for Topping)
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a skillet pan on low to medium heat, add garlic and stir until fragrant. Then add Sweet Chili Sauce, Soy sauce, and stir for a minute
- Add cooked asparagus and mix until sauce coats asparagus
- Turn the heat down, sprinkle with chili flake and toss with fried onion, then serve.
