Yellow curry paste comes from the same base of red curry paste. It has vibrant color gained from turmeric which makes it special unlike others.
Ingredients: Red curry paste (dried red chili, garlic, lemon grass, shallot, salt, galangal, makrut lime zest, coriander seed, cumin powder), safflower oil, 100% freshly squeezed lemon juice, curry powder, and turmeric.
Directions: Stir 1 heaping tbsp of THAI & TRUE Yellow Curry Paste in 1 cup of coconut milk over medium heat until dissolved, add potato, carrot until cooked, add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water and vegetables and/or tofu and bring to boil.
