Red curry paste is a basic paste for variety of Thai dishes. It can be used as a base sauce for your curry soup following by your favorite ingredients and flavors.
Ingredients: Red curry paste (dried red chili, garlic, lemon grass, shallot, salt, galangal, makrut lime zest. coriander seed, cumin powder), water, safflower oil, and 100% freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Directions: Stir 1 heaping TSP of Thai & True Red Curry Paste in medium-heated oil. Add choice of protein and veggies. Then, add 1 cup of coconut milk. Bring to simmer and serve.
