Green curry paste is a basic paste like Red but less spicy. Green is the least spicy paste in our line since we made it from fresh young green chili peppers that contains less capsaicin compared to red chili peppers used in other pastes. You can simply use the Green as a base for your homemade green curry soup.
Directions: Stir 1 heaping TSP of Thai & True Green Curry Paste in medium-heated oil. Add choice of protein and veggies. Then, add 1 cup of coconut milk. Bring it to a simmer and serve.

This is the only Thai curry paste I will ever use. Better than curries I get at Thai restaurants. It is truly great!
Just made my first batch of veggie curry with this paste and it is gooooood. I've bought so many different green curry pastes, and this one is my favorite by far. With others, I feel like the flavor profile isn't vibrant enough. With this one, I don't add any other spices/seasoning to it. It's just the right amount of spicy-ness as well.
I always order green curry when in restaurants & this green curry matched my restaurant orders. Yummy!
Very disappointed here, I ended up making a little less than 4 cups of coconut milk worth of curry, the bottle suggests 4 tsp of paste for this. To get it to smell like curry at all I had to add 15 tsp (half the jar about). Then in extra disappointing news all that paste actually left it still flavorless but with a fair amount of heat from the chili. There's really just no flavor to the paste at all.
