Green curry paste is a basic paste like Red but less spicy. Green is the least spicy paste in our line since we made it from fresh young green chili peppers that contains less capsaicin compared to red chili peppers used in other pastes. You can simply use the Green as a base for your homemade green curry soup.
Ingredients: Green curry paste (green chili, shallot, lemon grass, salt, garlic, galangal, makrut lime zest, cumin powder, coriander seed, turmeric), water, safflower oil and 100% freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Directions: Stir 1 heaping TSP of Thai & True Green Curry Paste in medium-heated oil. Add choice of protein and veggies. Then, add 1 cup of coconut milk. Bring it to a simmer and serve.
