Our Pad Thai Sauce has balance combination of sweet, sour and salty flavors. You can certainly use it for making your homemade Pad Thai. But a little bit of this sauce will also give a unique and complex flavor in your marinade, stir-fry, and all sorts of dipping.
Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, tamari organic less sodium wheat free soy sauce (water, organic whole soy beans, salt, and organic vinegar), distilled white vinegar, tamarind paprika.
Directions: Soak dry rice noodles in hot tap water for 40 minutes, then drain. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok. Saute vegetables of choice with tofu, tempeh, or soy curls over medium heat. Add one handful of noodles and 2 oz of Thai & True Pad Thai Tamari Sauce. Continue to stir-fry with bean sprouts and green onions. Serve with ground peanuts or cashews and lime wedge.

I love this sauce! It’s hard to find a Pad Thai sauce without fish sauce as an ingredient, and especially one that tastes this good! This is a lifesaver for vegetarians! I will definitely continue to rebuy.
OMG, this is stupid good! With a little fried garlic and shallot, as well as a shake of sweet paprika and crushed red peppers, this turned out better than most restaurant pad thai I've had. I can't wait to try it with all of my favorite ingredients like mung bean sprouts, peanuts, and a squeeze of lime. I may add a splash of fish sauce next time, too. I highly recommend this sauce! I also really like the red curry paste from Thai and True.
Tastes good - just tamari - I thought it was actually phad Thai sauce, but it doesn’t taste that way..
I used this in place of soy sauce for a marinade and it was even better than the soy sauce could have made it! Definitely recommend and will be buying this again and again!
This stuff is amazing! As a vegetarian, I avoid fish sauce, and this sauce allows me to make a delicious Pad Thai without feeling like anything is missing! I definitely recommend.
