Red curry paste is a basic paste for variety of Thai dishes. It can be used as a base sauce for your curry soup following by your favorite ingredients and flavors.
Directions: Stir 1 heaping TSP of Thai & True Red Curry Paste in medium-heated oil. Add choice of protein and veggies. Then, add 1 cup of coconut milk. Bring to simmer and serve.

Ever since my son sent me a box of your curry pastes to try, I have used nothing else for flavoring chili, spanish rice, anything spicy. Excellent flavors! My favorite is the massamum with the warm spices in it.
I’ve been trying a lot of brands to find the best natural ingredient paste with authentic flavor. This is my new fave. I have worked my way through Sutharos, blue elephant, Maesri and Marion’s kitchen and this is the winner. Excellent taste and the flexibility of a jar. I mostly keep it simple with just julienned bamboo shoot, onion, peppers, kaffir lime leaf shreds and chicken or shrimp and coconut milk but also used in shrimp cakes for again excellent results! I have ordered all the pastes to test :)
