Green curry paste is a basic paste like Red but less spicy. Green is the least spicy paste in our line since we made it from fresh young green chili peppers that contains less capsaicin compared to red chili peppers used in other pastes. You can simply use the Green as a base for your homemade green curry soup.
Directions: Stir 1 heaping TSP of Thai & True Green Curry Paste in medium-heated oil. Add choice of protein and veggies. Then, add 1 cup of coconut milk. Bring it to a simmer and serve.

I've tried so many other brands of curry paste and I just about gave up hope in finding one that was just right for my family. Hot enough for me and mild enough for the rest of my brood. Full of flavor too. I will buy this again and again.
Consistently so good, really versatile rich flavor for variety of vegetable and protein. It’s their least spicy in my experience but one I keep coming back to.
I'm so happy it has no sugar. The garlic is "cheat" for me as it is, but this stuff tastes so fresh and wonderful it's worth it. Makes those mass-market pastes taste like crap.
