Our Pad Thai Sauce has balance combination of sweet, sour and salty flavors. You can certainly use it for making your homemade Pad Thai. But a little bit of this sauce will also give a unique and complex flavor in your marinade, stir-fry, and all sorts of dipping.
Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, tamari organic less sodium wheat free soy sauce (water, organic whole soy beans, salt, and organic vinegar), distilled white vinegar, tamarind paprika.
Directions: Soak dry rice noodles in hot tap water for 40 minutes, then drain. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok. Saute vegetables of choice with tofu, tempeh, or soy curls over medium heat. Add one handful of noodles and 2 oz of Thai & True Pad Thai Tamari Sauce. Continue to stir-fry with bean sprouts and green onions. Serve with ground peanuts or cashews and lime wedge.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the vegan version of the Pad Thai sauce. It's really excellent.
Fantastic sums it up. Its a well balanced sauce that I have used not only to make pad Thai but quick stir fried using seasonal veggies and brown rice or even spaghetti. Highly recommend it.
